Mr. Rubets is survived by his children, Yelena Polegenco, Alekganda Rubets, Natalia Lantukh, Tatyana Shulgach, Roman Rubets and Lidiya Leonov; thirty-nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sister, Polina Goptar, Ukraine; and brother, Michael Rubets, Ukraine.
Mr. Rubets was born May 8, 1944 in Korukovka, Ukraine.
He was a graduate of Kozilouskya High School. Mr. Rubets attended the Slavic Full Gospel Church in Flowery Branch, GA.
