Marlene Moser Colean, 84, of Fort Pierce, FL passed away at her home on July 12, 2021.
Marlene was born in Shelby, North Carolina. She spent her youth in Shelby and moved to Fort Pierce, Florida at the age of 19. Prior to retirement Marlene ran her own realty business, Colean Realty. She and her late husband Dale developed several wooded subdivisions and designed and built over 300 custom homes.
Marlene was a true nature lover, especially hiking, fishing, boating, and gardening. She was a skilled photographer, an animal lover, and an astronomy buff as well. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
Marlene was the beloved wife of the late Dale V. Colean; loving mother of Kathy Colean, John Edwin Colean and his wife Laura Lynn Colean, Kelly Colean and her husband Stan Hurd, and William Bradford Colean; adored grandmother of Wesley Scott Colean and Benjamin Alexander Colean; and dear sister of the late Brad Moser.
