Fred Kammerdiener, 74, passed away May 3, 2016, due to heart problems.

He was born and raised in Kalispell, the son of Fritz and Lyla.

Truly an adventurous soul, he served in the Navy from 1960 to 1964, and came home with a bride from San Francisco, Paulette. They were married for six years and produced two children, Rene and Mark.

Fred bought and ran Ready Freddy the Sewer Doer for 28 years and passed it on to his nephew John, who now runs the business.

Fred traveled extensively to Central and South America and was presently married to his Peruvian wife Aliz. His passion was the culture and history of the Mayan, Aztec and Incan civilizations.

Fred had an eclectic personality and great sense of humor, and was very inventive and artistically talented.

He is survived by his wife, Aliz; mother, Lyla; sister, Bonnie, and her husband, Steve; daughter Rene Roberts, and son Mark; two grandchildren and three great-grandsons.
