Zenith Evette Petersen
February 10, 1944 – May 6, 2021

On Thursday, May 6, 2021 Zenith Evette Petersen passed away at her home in Littleton Colorado. She was born in California and moved to Aurora at the age of six where she attended school.

In March of 1965 she met the love of her life Harold Petersen, and they were married on April 1st of that year. They remained happily married for 56 years.

In 1972 they moved to Littleton where they made their home that always included Zenith’s love for animals with a family pet.

Zenith loved camping and motorhome travel. She was an avid motorcycle rider and traveled close to 500,000 miles covering all lower 48 states and parts of Canada.

After a varied carrier in the working world she excelled at quilting and her quilts were featured at Bemis Library and in quilting books. She began teaching at Fabric Expressions and shared her many talents with students.

Zenith is survived by her husband Harold Petersen and her brother Allen Dillon, both of Littleton.
