Ms. Yvonne F. Wilson was born on January 17, 1950, in Lake City, Florida to Rufus and Alice Wilson. Yvonne matriculated through the Columbia County Public Schools system and graduated from Richardson High School in 1968. She furthered her education at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida where she received her undergraduate degree in Business Education.
Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents, Rufus and Alice Wilson; sister, Elaine Dix; and nephew, Broderick Wilson.
Yvonne leaves to cherish her life’s memories, two loving brothers, Rufus D. Choice (Odessa) and Laron Gay, both of Jacksonville, Florida; one loving aunt, Betty Wallace of Candler, Florida; four nephews, Carlos Wilson (Shikata) and Cleveland Dix (Shantel), of Lake City, Florida; Keiron Gay and Jefry Choice both of Jacksonville, Florida; two loving nieces, Christien Dix of Orlando, Florida and Daphne Williams (Rodney) of Lake City, Florida; three great nephews, Marquise Harrell (Yokimah), Cleveland Dix, Jr., and Carlos Wilson, Jr., all of Lake City, Florida; three great nieces, Broneisha Wilson, Tyronica Harris, and Stantrell Harris, all of Orlando, Florida; four very devoted cousins, Geneva Pate, Teresa Robinson, Sylvia Sheppard (Isiah), and Clarence Tucker, Jr. (Carolyn), all of Lake City, Florida; other cousins, Selena Tucker, Geraldine Robinson, Bobby Wilson, Patrick Pate, and Shalonda Pate, all of Lake City, Florida; and Joan Davis of Atlanta, Georgia; extended family, Yolanda Springs of Lake City, Florida; James family (Matthew, Eva, Denise) of Tampa, Florida; Bryant family (Lamar, Jr.
