Yvonne was born November 16, 1929 in La Salle to Herman and Freida (Gealow) Dauck. She graduated from St. Francis College of Nursing in Peoria as a Registered Nurse. She worked at St. Francis Medical Center, St. Margaret’s Hospital, former St. Mary’s Hospital in La Salle and then retired from IVCH after 28 years.
Yvonne is survived by her daughter Nancy (Greg) Hybki of Oglesby, two sons William (Laurie) Shields of Oglesby and David (Mandy) Shields of Marseilles, four grandchildren Elena Ridley, Ben Shields, Heather Cleer and Bryan Hybki, two great grandchildren and special friend Kathleen Notbohm of Tonica.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Kim.
