Yvonne B. Gravel, 91, of Southington, formerly of Plainville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. She is now reunited with her loving husband, Robert Gravel, who predeceased her in 1996.
Yvonne was born on February 8, 1926, in Stockholm, Maine, daughter to the late Patrick and Alvina (Marquis) Bourgoin. She worked as a laborer in the Hand Tool Department for Stanley Tools retiring in 1988 after a 32 year career.
Yvonne is survived by her sister, Eva Chasse, of East Millinocket, ME, her brother, Patrick Joseph “Joe” Bourgoin, of ME, a very special Goddaughter, Paula Gorham and her family, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters, Irene Herbert, of Fort Kent, ME, and Ida Roy, of Van Buren, ME, and her brother, Onezime Bourgoin.
