Yolanda Ramirez Moralez was called home on August 28, 2017 at the age of 81. Mom was born on February 22, 1936 in Laredo, Texas. She was an only child born to Jesus and Juanita Ramirez. Her mother passed away when she was just one year old leaving her to be raised by her aunt and uncle, Simon and Sofia Ramirez. She was the oldest of 13 children in their household.
She met the love of her life Luis Moralez Jr. and they were married on March 18, 1956. Mom and dad had 5 children, 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren whom they loved dearly. They settled in Idaho in the early 1960’s while raising their family. She began employment at Ore Ida/McCains in 1973 and retired in 2002.
