Wynema Weaver Jones 93, of McCordsville, passed away August 22, 2011. She was born February 5, 1918 in Oaklandon, Indiana to the late John T. and Mary Scotten Weaver. She was a 1936 graduate of Mt. Comfort High School. She was a homemaker and retired from Western Electric.
She was a member of the McCordsville United Methodist Church, the McCordsville United Methodist Women, and the Telephone Pioneers of America. She is survived by a daughter, Margie (Tom) Alexander of McCordsville; grandchildren, Susan Alexander, Troy Alexander, Angela Burnside and Brian Jones; great-grandchildren, Jennifer Coffey, Logan Burnside, Jordan Burnside, Katie Jones and Anna Jones; and great-great-grandchild Aubry Gannon. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Henry Jones; son, Bradley Jones; two brothers and two sisters.
