WILMA RITA BARNELL (nee Yauss), beloved wife of the late Donald Barnell, loving mother of Carol (Jim) Mannix, Michael (Natalie) Barnell, Mary (Don) Schuchmann, Louis Barnell, Patty (Jim) Frondorf and Jerry Barnell, cherished grandmother of Ann, Robin, Donny, Missy, Molly, Brett, Ross, Shannon, Ryan and Michael, great grandmother of 9, sister of Bill Yauss, the late Louis Yauss and the late Rose Sabin. Daughter of the late Louis and Marie Yauss. Wilma attended St Pius School and graduated from St Xavier Commercial High School. After graduation she worked for the St Anthony Messenger. She met the love of her life, Donald. They married in 1952, then moved to Santa Anna California while Donald served at El Toro Marine Corp Air Station. They returned to Cincinnati to raise the children. Wilma was a fighter, and did all that she could for herself and her family. She lived every day to the fullest up until she took her last breath, Friday, November 2, 2018 at age 87.
