Wilma Lee Jensen, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend passed through heaven’s gates Thursday, February 15, 2018.
Wilma was born at home on November 2, 1926 near Nyssa, Oregon to Otis and Pearl Bullard. She went to Arcadia grade school and graduated from Ontario High School in 1945. She attended Multnomah School of Bible graduating in 1948.
She worked for Malheur Telephone Company then transferred to Boise to work for Mountain Bell Company. She worked in the nursery at Westgate Bowling and at the Idaho State Tax Commission.
She married Marvin Jensen August 7th, 1954. On November 10th, 1961 Larry arrived. January 1, 1966 Mark made his appearance. With lots of love and labor they built their home on Maple Grove Road where they raised their family and shared many happy times. Wilma remained in that home until recently.
Wilma loved the Lord with all her heart.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Pearl Bullard; in-laws, Loise Ellis and Leonard Jensen; husband, Marvin; sister and brother-in-law, Betty and George Boyack; sister-in-law, Ilene Tonkin; and her grandson, Nicholas Jensen.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Connie Bullard; brother-in-law, Bill Tonkin; sons, Larry (Debbie) and Mark (Chris) Jensen; nine grandchildren; and four great grandchildren with one on the way.
