Mr. Willis Crumbley,Sr., 78, of 5011 NC Highway 301 Lucama, NC passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Wilson Medical Center, Wilson, NC.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Lucy Crumbley.
Mr. Crumbley leaves to cherish his memories: five sons, Mr. Willis Crumbley, Jr., Mr. Rodney Crumbley, Mr. Christopher Crumbley, Mr. Linsey Lamont Crumbley, all of the home, and Mr. Scottie Crumbley of Mount Sterling, Kentucky; three daughters, Ms. Bernice Lucas of Wilson, NC, Ms. Sandra Thompson and Ms. Angela Crumbley Jones, both of the home; two brothers, Mr. Albert “Sammy” Crumbley (Evelyn) of Sims, NC and Mr. Pope Crumbley of Wilson, NC; four sisters, Ms. Mattie Alston of Bailey, NC, Ms. Cherry Mae Harewood (Auther) of Greenlawn, NY, Ms. Hilda Joyce Carney of Richmond, VA and Ms. Annie Ruth Hanks (David) of Rocky Mount, NC; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
