Willis C. Graham, age 83, of West Haven passed away November 28, 2011 at Smilow Cancer Center. He was the husband of the late Shirley J. Graham. Father of Sharyn Allen of West Haven, grandfather of Michelle Ziyadeh and her husband Peter Skowronski of Milford, and Geoffrey Allen of West Haven, and great grandfather of Carlin Skowronski and Kailea Allen. He is also survived by his beloved dog Monty. For many years he was the owner of Condominium Management Company (CMC) until his retirement. He served in both the U. S. Army and Air Force during WWII as a weatherman.
