William Albert Wille, son of Albert and Alvina (Walter) Wille, was born on May 7, 1928 in Mt. Prospect, Illinois. He graduated from Arlington Heights High School and went on to further his education of the University of Tulsa where he received his B.A. in Accounting. William enlisted in the United States Army and was stationed in Japan during the Korean War. He used his degree in accounting and owned his own accounting business.
William enjoyed basketball and played for the University of Tulsa. His love for basketball enabled him to be drafted by the New York Nicks. William also enjoyed coaching basketball. He also enjoyed tennis and was very energetic and active his whole life. William was always there when you needed him. He always gave and never asked for anything.
William is survived by his son Scott (Billie) Wille of Algona; his daughter Robin Wille of Seattle, Washington; four grandchildren, Ashley, Kattiana, Brooklynn and Rebecca; twin sister Bernice (Jim) Driscoll of Lake Barrington, Illinois; his beloved dog Black Star along with numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Erna Helpers; and brothers, Roy, Ralph and Robert Wille.
