William Thomas “Tom” McVicker, 81, of Kingwood, WV, died on Friday, May 19, 2017, at Pine Ridge.
Tom was born January 26, 1936, in Kingwood, a son of the late John and Marie (Griffith) McVicker.
He retired from Allegheny Wood after working over 40 years. Tom enjoyed mowing, fishing and being with his family and friends.
He is survived by one daughter and spouse, Angie and Jerry Cole, of Kingwood; one grandson, Tyler Cole; one brother, Jim McVicker of Masury, OH; one sister-in-law, Debbie Everly of Kingwood, two brothers-in-law, Paul “Buddy” LaMar of Kingwood, and Mike LaMar, of Milford, VA; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Nancy (LaMar) McVicker in 2011, one infant daughter, Beverly Lynn McVicker; one sister, Rose Miller.
