William “Ted” Bryan, 69, of Anderson, passed away on June 18, 2017 at Providence Anderson Nursing Home.
He was born August 12, 1947 in Champaign, Illinois and graduated from Alexandria High School, 1965. Ted served his country in the Air Force and was a retired electrician and realtor. He was a member of the Anderson Church of Christ where he served as Deacon.
He served as President of the Anderson Noon Optimist Club and Governor of Indiana North District Optimist Club from 2009-2010. He was a 45+ year member of IBEW #481, Indiana Board of Realtors, Madison County Board of Realtors, and Leadership Academy of Madison County.
Ted is survived by his loving spouse whom he married October 11, 1980, Peggy (Meyer) Bryan; children, Scott Bryan, Rex (Katie) Bryan, Rachel Bryan, Kimberly Bryan, sister, Diane (Haskell) Ellis; 8 grandchildren, Whitney (Kevin) Colvin, Morgan Bryan, Kylie Bryan, Evan Bryan, Marissa Bryan, Mason Bryan, Maisie Bryan, Madison Shaker; 4 great-grandchildren, Kya Bryan, Myla Bryan, Brandon Taliaferro Jr. and Milliana Fabre; niece and nephew, Kelly Ellis and John (Claire) Ellis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Julian and Evelyn Bryan and brother, John Bryan.
