William Robert Telle, 82, of Anderson, passed away on October 28, 2012 at the St. John’s Health System. He was born on September 19, 1930 in Salem, Indiana and resided most of his life in Anderson. He retired in 1995 from Delco Remy Division of General Motors after 47 years of service.
He was an avid racing fan and enjoyed going into the infields to take photographs of the cars and drivers. William is survived by his son, Brian Lisa Telle of Forsyth, IL; grandchildren, Haley Renee Telle, Christian Alexander Telle and Wesley Ryan Sterr. He was preceded in death by his wife, Greta Carter Telle, father, William Telle and mother, Nellie Telle.
