William R. Branch, 94 of Centralia, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2014 at his home.
William was born May 9, 1920 in Salem Township, son of Ira Branch and Lucy (Bryant) Branch. He married Deloris Brady on June 7, 1938 in St. Louis, MO and she preceded him in death on May 11, 2010.
He is survived by two sons: James W. Branch and wife Sue of Eldorado, IL and Terry Lee Branch and wife Dorothy of Shady Cove, Oregon; a daughter, Gail Shannon of Centralia; seven grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; one great-great-great grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife. Mr. Branch served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He worked as an Iron Worker, Truck Driver, and owned and operated a Trucking Business in California.
