William P. Blanchard, 94, a lifelong resident of Jersey City, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018.
William was a retired diesel mechanic for Penske in Linden. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during WWII.
William was the beloved husband of 69 years to the late Ann Blanchard (nee Scrufari); devoted father of William, Michael (Ret. JCFD), Paul and Thomas Blanchard; dear brother-in-law of Bunny Juchniewicz. Also survived by many loving grandchildren.
