William Matthew Carr of Wellborn, Florida, died on June 14, 2014 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident . He was born October 26, 1970 in Tampa, Florida. He was married to Heather Carr and was the devoted father of two children, Ian, 13 and Riley, 8. He was the son of Wayne and Jo Anne Carr.
In 1987, he graduated from Zephyrhills High School. He received his Associate of Science degree in Military Science from Georgia Military College in 1990. Matt continued on with his education by receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as well as an Associate of Science degree in Graphic Design from Tampa Technical College. He also served as 1st Lieutenant in the Army Reserve from 1990-1994.
Matt worked as a mediator for GMAC after graduating from college.
