William “Billy” Ledger Palmer, age 57 of Cleveland. Mr. Palmer passed away Monday, December 20, 2010 at his residence.
Mr. Palmer was born in Hall County on July 21, 1953 to the late Vance Palmer and Addie Mae Stover Palmer. He was a member of Harvest Assembly of God and an employee of Magnolia Windows and Doors. In addition to his parents, Mr. Palmer is preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Palmer and son Craig Palmer.
