William L. Wright, 84 formally of Lost Creek passed away on Saturday March 2, 2013 at the home of his son Billy and Barbara Wright of Enterprise, whom he made his home; from an extended illness. He was born in Margaret WV the son of the late Ezra Wright and Minnie Howell Wright. He was preceded in death by his wife Doris Gregory Wright in 1963. In addition to his son Billy he is also survived by another son; Daniel Cunningham of Gypsy, two daughters Judy Moore husband Jim of Chattsworth GA, Donna Mackey and companion Tim Miller of Fairmont; two sisters Ruth Pushinsky of Erie PA; Marge Radabaugh of Shinnston, Several nieces and nephews, 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 8 great great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by: 3 daughters; Patty Wright Frederickson; Virginia Darlene Shaw; Diania Holcomb; two brothers John and Robert Wright. He was a retired electrician having worked in the coal mines of 36 years from 108 Bethlehem Energy of Buchannan. Mr. Wright was also a US veteran of both the Navy having served during WWII as a Seaman First Class, and the Army having served during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the American Legion post 31 of Shinnston and Clarksburg also the Moose of Shinnston, he was an avid card player, he also enjoyed chess and checkers and his biggest joy was his grandchildren.
