William Lawrence “Bill” Latscha, Jr., 67, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away at 8:30 AM, Tuesday, December 28th, at his residence. Bill was born in Cincinnati, OH on December 10, 1943, a son of the late Helen (Buelterman) and William L. Latscha. He served his country in the U.S. Navy and received the Navy Good Conduct Medal. He worked as a stock clerk at Keidel Plumbing Supplies in Cincinnati, OH. On April 25, 1964 he married Lois (Bauer) Latscha who survives him.
In addition to his wife Lois, Bill is survived by
four daughters, Regina Emery and husband Roger, of Dayton, OH;
Bernadette Gattermeyer and husband Gregory, of Batesville, IN;
Catherine Bidleman and husband Joseph, of Cincinnati, OH;
Victoria Gatrost and husband Ralph, of Laurel, IN;
a son, Matthew Latscha and wife Virginia, of Rising Sun, IN;
also survived by 22 grandchildren , 4 great grandchildren
two sisters, Virginia Lynch, of Cincinnati, OH; Loi Latscha, of Cincinnati, OH.
Mr. Latscha was preceded in death by his parents and by a sister, Juanita Latscha.
