Laymon Kilpatrick, age 92, of Huntsville passed away on Saturday March 12, 2011.
Mr. Kilpatrick was a retired health inspector for the state of Alabama and a member of Lincoln Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Sue Kilpatrick; his parents, R. F. and Lorena Kilpatrick; and was the last surviving sibling of 11 children.
Mr. Kilpatrick is survived by his children, Kathryn Winsett and husband Jim of Chattanooga, TN, Peggy Tipton and husband Cecil of Opelika, and Stanley Kilpatrick and wife Angie of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Sam Tipton, Tonia Owens, Sarah Marcial, and Trent Kilpatrick; and his great grandchildren, Morgan and Macy Owens, and Thomas Marcial.
