Underwood and parents Virgil “Chunk” and Thelma is survived by wife, Annette Nunley Underwood; two sons, Don Underwood and Leigh Jackson; and Brian Underwood and wife Lisa; six grandchildren, Halley and Josh Caldwell; Jeffery, Lyndon, Dylon, Kaleb and Kelsey Underwood and Cheyenne Jackson; mother-in-law, Annie Whitt; one brother, Johnny and Frances Underwood; two sisters, Midge and Troy Walls; Delores and Arlyn Brown; sister-in-law, Nona Underwood and numerous nieces and nephews.
