William Joseph Patrick Hexamer, 77, of Anderson, passed away on December 24, 2021, in Fort Wayne following an extended illness.
He was born on February 2, 1944, in Anderson, Indiana. Bill served his country in the U.S. Navy. Bill was a carpet layer and owned his own shop, Bill’s Carpet Shop. He was raised Catholic and loved to fish and enjoyed all sports.
William is survived by his close friend, Carolyn Hexamer; daughter, Renee, and brothers, Earl Hexamer and Daniel Hexamer. He was preceded in death by his son, Peter Hexamer; parents, George and Katherine Hexamer, and siblings; Gloria Matney, George Jr. Hexamer, Jeannene Wood, Michael Hexamer, Doug Hexamer.
