William Joseph Felton

March 7, 1956 – December 25, 2018

William Joseph “Joe” Felton of East End, Arkansas was born March 7, 1956 at Little Rock, the son of Doyle Felton and the late Imogene Corrigan Felton. First and foremost in his life, Joe was a Christian. He had a servant’s heart and loved using his God-given talents to serve the Lord. He was the drummer at his church, East Union Missionary Baptist, for many years. He retired from UAMS as a computer operator. Joe lived life to the fullest, and when he was not working, he enjoyed deer hunting, traveling, and all things Sci-fi. He was proud of his Native American heritage and his favorite food was his wife Kathy’s “Bread Pie” (Pizza) along with an ice cold Coca-Cola.

Mr. Felton died Tuesday, December 25, 2018, at UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock, at the age of 62.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Lankford Felton of East End; father, Doyle Felton of Mabelvale, son and daughter-in-law, Brock and Becky Felton of Conway; daughters and sons-in-law, Brittany and Joel Gates of Landmark Community, Charlette and David Parnell of Alexander; brother and sister-in-law, Philip and Linda Felton of Bryant; grandchildren, Ally Robinson, Issac Buckwalter, and one on the way. He is also survived by numerous other family members, friends, and last but not least, his loyal Chihuahua, Chrissy.
