Bill is survived by his children; Kelley (David) Wainscott, Kristi (Andy) Benson, Kevin (Susan) Kane and Kyle (Kindra) Kane: his step-children; Matt (Heather) Montgomery, Pam (Jeff) Colton, Kim (Tim) Godsey and Erin (Josh) Ratliff. Bill has 26 grandchildren. He is survived by his 5 siblings. He was preceded in death by his step-son, Roger Montgomery.
