William I. Duley 71, of Fitchburg, MA died Tuesday May 12, 2009 at his home. He was born in Bath, Maine son of William H. and Alma A. (Harjula) Duley. Before his retirement he was a papermaker at James River Co. and later worked at Eusey Press and Quebecor. He was an Army Veteran serving in Germany and attaining the rank of Specialist 4. Mr. Duley was an avid reader and sports fan, a Golfer, a member of the British American Club of Fitchburg. He is survived by his wife of forty-eight years, Verna (Clift) Duley, two sons Robert W. Duley of Leominster, Mark A.
