WILLIAM OSCAR HUTCHISON, age 80, of Aldie, VA died Wednesday, January 22, 2003 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital, Falls Church, VA. He was a retired Loudoun County farmer and had worked for the NOAA for ten years. Mr. Hutchison retired in 1984 from Fairfax City with 25 years of service as a maintenance superintendent. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II with 11 months in the South Pacific. He was a member of Sudley United Methodist Church, where he served as a lay leader for over 30 years. Mr. Hutchison was a handyman for everyone. Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Geneva C. Hutchison and one sister-in-law, Bertha Carpenter, of Manassas. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. He was a very loving and devoted husband, son-in-law and brother-in-law.
