William Howard Conant “Hod”
Macedon: Passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at the Serenity House in Victor. Hod was born on December 25, 1924 to the late Emma “Kemp” and Edmund Conant. He was predeceased by his wife Evelyn and his brother Edmund. He is survived by his children, Daniel (Linda) Conant, Steven (Carol) Conant, David Conant and Douglas ( Greg Warlick) Conant; grandchildren, Sara, Jeffrey, Nancy and William D.; great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Hod served in the United States Army during WWII. He and his brother operated their own carpentry business. He liked to collect stamps and postcards. Hod enjoyed reading and would help out with the book sales at the Macedon Library. He took part in a Thursday golf league that played at Crooked Pines.
