William “Bill” H. Miles Jr., 82, of Aquilla Twp, entered eternal rest peacefully Thursday afternoon, September 13th, 2012 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 10th, 1930 to the late William H. Sr. and Josephine (Butler) Miles. Bill leaves behind his loving wife of 60 years, Gloria (Bolyard).
He retired in July 1987 as a Heavy Equipment Operator from the Mahoning Leasing Company in Painesville. Bill was a member of the Ohio Operating Engineers Union in Ohio. He also served in the U.S. Army for 4 years.
Bill will be missed by: his loving wife; children, Charles Miles of Newburg, WV, William (Jeanelle) Miles of Rome, OH, Edward (Luann) Miles of Chardon, OH, Linda (Larry) Jenkins of Aquilla, OH, Sheryl (Steve) Spencer of Newbury, OH; 2 sisters, Mary and Edith, both of Cocoa, FL; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and many friends.
