William Hagan Jackson of Moscow went home to be with his Lord and Savior at his home on Wednesday, January 28, 2015. He was 68. Bill was born January 31, 1946 at Baltimore, Maryland to Hagan L. and Margaret W. Westphal Jackson. He grew up, attended school and graduated from high school at Baltimore. Bill then enrolled at Pennsylvania State University, graduating with his degree in physics. He began his career with Westinghouse, later becoming Northrop Grumman which spanned 36 years, and retired as Director of Contract Policy. During his career, he traveled extensively internationally with the company, retiring May 1, 2005. They moved to Moscow immediately to be near their daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren. Bill’s interests included fishing, camping, baseball and history. During his travel with the company, he always enjoyed experiencing other cultures and the cuisine it offered. His love of history included participating in the 125th anniversary of the Civil War reenactment at Gettysburg with his family and brother in 1988.
