William H. “Bill” Omohundro III William Henry “Bill” Omohundro III, 83, of Manassas, died Friday, October 14, 2016, in Richmond. Bill had retired from Giant Food. He proudly served in the U.S. Army and had a passion for politics and history, especially of the Civil War. He enjoyed shooting and collecting guns, boating and fishing. He loved time spent with family and a chance to sit and talk. Surviving are his children, William Henry “Billy” Omohundro, IV (Kirsten), Sherry McCarthy (Dan) and Jenny Simpson; his grandchildren, Beau Puckett, Missy Hertless, Mark Puckett and Billy, Kelsey and Kaitlyn Omohundro; his great grandchildren, Jayme Mathews and Kyleigh, Logan and Eastyn Puckett and his sister, Betty Kobleenz. He was predeceased by his wife, Nola, and his brother, Earl.
