He is survived by his wife and best friend, Danielle Martin; father Robert Osborne Jr. Marion; mother Jean Pogue, Fairmount; grandmother Jean Mitchell, Gaston; grandmother Beverly Norwood; sisters, Shelly (Stan) Tenbusch, Marion, Lori Snow, Connecticut and Stacie Devine, Indiana; brothers, C.J. Perez, and LA and Phil Snow, Arizona.
A former Grant County resident, he attended Madison-Grant High School, Fairmount. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, reading and listening to music.
