William E. Richards, age 74, of Milford, died on April 29, 2007, in Milford Hospital. Mr. Richards was born in Norwalk, on December 17, 1932 to the late George and Ella (Gorgie) Richards. Before retiring, he was the superintendent of Golden Hill Apartments. Mr. Richards is survived by his loving wife Angela Giarratano, daughters Rosann Vinci, Laura (Becky) Tremblay and Virginia Krumwiede and a son Frank Raia all of Milford, a brother Albert Richards of Rowayton, a sister Ella Feola of Florida, seventeen grandchildren and fourteen great grand children.
