Mr. Miller was born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania on December 28, 1908 and moved to Polk City around 1973. He was a Newspaper Pressman and employed for the Latrobe Bulletin for 45 years. He was a water safety instructor for the American Red Cross for 25 years teaching survival swimming to armed forces personnel.
