William “Bill” “Cooner” E. Hull, 48, of Newton died on Saturday February 8, 2020, at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center.
Bill, the son of Don Hull and Connie (Walter) Lane, was born on February 12, 1971 in Oskaloosa. He grew up in Knoxville and graduated from Knoxville High School in 1990. Following high school, Bill worked at the Maytag Company in Newton.
Bill is survived by his wife, Dawn Hull of Newton; children, Tanner Hull, Koby (Michelle) Hull, Ross Hull, and Lainey Hull, all of Newton; grandson, Hunter Hull; his father, Don Hull of Knoxville; mother, Connie (Mark) Lane of Knoxville; his sisters, Ann (Burt) Kingery of Knoxville and Katie (Trevor) Minard of Prairie City; godparents, Jim and Shirley Beary of Lovilla; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and step-mother, Kathie Hull.
