William was born in Lawrenceburg, IN on June 15, 1926, a son of the late Mildred (Pease) and Harold “Babe” Cook. On June 19, 1976 he married Shirley (Swanson) Cook who survives him. Mr. Cook and his first wife (Marie Ryle) were married in 1946 and she passed away in 1975.
