William Charles Simpson, 58, passed away on Tuesday, December 16th at Hartford Hospital. Born in Middletown, he was the son of the late Charles and Hazel (Potter) Simpson. Bill lived in Middletown all his life. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and loved playing the guitar and building jet engines. William is survived by two daughters, Laneya Simpson and Meghan Simpson, both of Bristol; two nephews and two nieces.
