William Carl Hall, Jr., age 76, of Manassas, VA passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at the Manassas Heath and Rehabilitation Center. He was born on April 6, 1941 in Birmingham, Alabama the son of the late William Carl Hall, Sr. and Elsie Anna Hoffner. He retired as an IT Engineer for ATT in 1991 and IT Manager for the Department of Homeland Security in 2012. He was a member of the Manchester Masonic Lodge #14. He was preceded in death by his brother, James Edward Hall; sisters, Gail Johnson, Patricia Culler, and Catherine DePorter. Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Belva G. Hall; two sons, William Carl Hall III and Hubert E. Hall both of Manassas, VA; two granddaughters, Victoria Lynn Hall and Jessica Scott Hall; one sister, Ann Scotton and husband Jerry of Mobile, AL.
