William (Billy) Rawls passed away on April 3, 2018 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Billy was a Redskins and WVU fan and loved a good pond to fish in. He was a good friend and could make anyone laugh. He is survived by his Beloved Wife, Christine Rawls, sons, Randall and Sean Rawls and daughter, Aryanna Rawls. Mother, Linda Caul and maternal grandmother Francis McGee.
