William Russell Barnes II, 51 of Clarksburg passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born on July 27, 1970 in Clarksburg, the son of William “Bill” Russell Barnes of Clarksburg and the late Carol Jean Sellers Barnes. Billy graduated from Washington Irving High School, Class of 1988 and studied at Pierpont Community and Technical Center. He was an auto mechanic and could fix anything. He enjoyed flying drones and working on electronics. In addition to his father, William is survived by two sons, Zachary Barnes, Clarksburg; and Gage Barnes of Clarksburg; one daughter, Emily Graham, West Milford; one brother, Jeffrey L Barnes, Clarksburg; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
