Bill was a 2004 graduate of Penn Foster High School and was a welder at Talberts Manufacturing for 2 ½ years. On Oct. 17, 2008 he married Kayla Dawn King, who precedes him in death. Bill loved motorcycling and enjoyed the open road.

Ayr, IN: Paternal grandparents, William & Nancy Schneegas, Mt. Ayr, IN Maternal Great-grandfather, Henry Luttrell, Mt. Ayr, IN Preceded in death by his wife Kayla Dawn and son, William Harley Kayl.
