Howard, Willene Elizabeth Neal 82 of Collegedale, Tn passed away November 18, 2006 following a short illness while under the care of Hospice of Chattanooga. She was born August 15, 1924 in Calhoun, Ga to the late Marion and Willie Neal. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Howard served for several years as a peer counselor to the families of stroke victims at Siskin Rehabilitation Center. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Joe, Clifton,and Harold Neal. Surviving relatives; husband of 63 years Paul Wayne Howard, daughters, Sheryle Suzanne Klepetz of Nashville, Tn. Deborah Diane Stewart of Decatur, Al. Mrs. Howard was also blessed with four grandchildren, Tracy Kaye Greene and husband Kevin. Amanda Ellen Stewart, Lt. Bryan Howard Stewart and wife Amanda, Mary Catherine Stewart. Great granddaughter, Abigal Greene. Brother, James Neal, sisters, Sue Krause, Martha Ann Edgmon. Sister in law, Lavona Neal and niece, Kandy Galbraith. Several nieces and nephews.
