Willard A. Gross Sr., age 94, of Trussville, AL, formerly of Chattanooga, TN, passed away August 25, 2010. He was a member of Ashville Road Church of Christ in Leeds AL. He was associated with Sands and Company, an affiliate of Southern Railway. He was instrumental in establishing a two party Republican System in the State of Alabama, and served as an Electoral Representative to the Republican Party during the Nixon Presidential Campaign. He was a World War II Army veteran. He was a member of the Heritage Foundation in Trussville, AL.
