Our beloved Wito, son of Tomas and Santa, was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico in 1937. He moved to New York in 1950’s and later to Connecticut in the 1960’s. Wito worked as a Submarine Welder for General Dynamics in New London, Connecticut. After retiring from General Dynamics, Wito began a second career with Wilbert Vaults in Orange, Connecticut as a floor foreman. After 12 years, Wito retired once again and moved to Puerto Rico with his family. In 2003, Wito decided to continue his retirement in the city of Tampa, Florida where he remained until the day of his passing. The Lord called upon Wito on the day of his 84th birthday.
Wito leaves behind his loving wife of 36 years, Isa, his daughters Yaira, Iris, his sons, Jorge, Tito, Dean and Freddy. He also leaves behind his sisters, Iris and Tiva. Wito was a beloved uncle and grandfather.
We wish to thank you for the heartfelt and comforting expressions of sympathy extended to us for the loss of our beloved Wito. Your thoughts are deeply appreciated and we shall cherish them forever..
Psalm 23
The Lord is my sheperd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”
