DURHAM Mr. Wesley Allen Weeks, Sr., 81, a former resident of Durham, died on Saturday, October 27, . Weeks was born in Sampson County to the late Robert Wesley Weeks and Lula Estelle Ammons Weeks. Prior to retiring from J & H Glass Company, he ran dairy routes for Long Meadow and Pine State Dairies. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia James Weeks and a sister, Gail is survived by one son, Wesley “Allen” Weeks, Jr. and wife, Sandra of Cedar Grove; one daughter, Gladys Wheeler and husband, John of Fuquay Varina; one brother, Tom Weeks of Havelock; three sisters, Jean Fettig of Hillsborough, Ann Weeks of Alabama and Fran Salter of High Point; four grandchildren, Richie Hogan, Jenny Hogan, Jesse Weeks and Travis Weeks; two great-grandchildren, Jenna and Peyton Hogan.
