Wendy JoAnne Wintjen, the daughter of Terry and Sharon (Strickland) Albert, was born on September 16, 1963 in Galesburg, Illinois. In December 2003, Wendy was united in marriage to Howard Wintjen in Morrison, Illinois. Wendy worked as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant in the healthcare field. Wendy loved to cook and feed her family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Wendy enjoyed crocheting and shopping.
