Wendell West, age 76, of Tecumseh, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 while vacationing in Florida. with his daughter Wendy and son in law Jack (W(est) MItchell. Wendell was born October 19, 1940 in Sayersville. Ky the son of Lloyd Wendell and Gorgeanne (Fletcher) West. On November 15, 1958 he married Bonnie Currier in Tecumseh and she preceded him in death January 10, 2014. A lifelong resident of Tecumseh he retired from Peerless Gear after many years of service. He then worked at Herrick Hospital. His enjoyments were hunting and fishing. Wendell is survived by his children, Linda West (John) Hollis, Wendell C. West and Wendy West (Jack) Mitchell; grandchildren, Heather, Amy, Erin, Nichole, Justin, John, Megan and Kody; 17 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Bonnie he was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Tiffany Mitchell and great granddaughter, Destiny Cousino Fox.
